Parkpeak is not a broker and not a single-trade contractor. We acquire land, develop the concept, secure the financing, build as general contractor and stay responsible after handover. Each discipline is held in-house and answers to one project lead.

What is the difference between a property developer and a general contractor?
As a property developer we build on our own land and sell the finished real estate. As a general contractor we realise a project on your land. Parkpeak covers both roles, so you choose the model that fits your situation rather than adapting to ours.
Do you take on individual phases, or only full projects?
Both. You can commission the entire value chain or a single discipline — land acquisition, development, general contracting or asset support — depending on what you need.
How do you secure schedule and budget?
Through fixed-price, fixed-date contracts, a payment plan tied to verified construction progress, and one project lead accountable from start to acceptance. Banks and investors receive documented evidence of progress throughout.
Which regions does Parkpeak operate in?
Our focus is Greater Sofia and selected growth locations across Bulgaria. Larger projects are reviewed on request beyond that region.
Can investors co-invest in a Parkpeak project?
Yes. We structure co-investment on transparent terms and commit our own equity to each project, so our interests are aligned with our partners' from the outset.
