Parkpeak Investment was built on a simple conviction: a real estate project is safer, faster and worth more when one company is genuinely responsible for all of it.
For 15 years we have developed, financed and built residential and commercial real estate in and around Sofia. We are not a broker placing other people's work, and not a single-trade firm waiting for instructions — we own the outcome.
Owner-management keeps decisions fast and accountable. Committing our own equity keeps us disciplined. Holding the full value chain keeps quality and schedule under control. The result is a company a landowner, an investor and a bank can each rely on for different reasons — and the same one: we stand behind what we build.

Every project is fully costed before commitment. We carry our own equity, so we cannot afford to be optimistic with numbers.
Quality is recorded, not asserted. Each phase has acceptance criteria and a written trail that partners can audit.
We build to keep value over decades, choosing materials and systems for durability and low running cost.
We tell partners what is true, including when reality forces a decision. Trust is the only asset we cannot rebuild.
Our duty does not end at the keys. Warranty and aftercare are part of the product, with a named contact.
Parkpeak is led by its owners, who stay close to each project rather than managing from a distance. Decisions are made by people who carry the consequences.
